Where and when
Your pickup time is in your order email. The day before, we email you a reminder with the address.
When you arrive
Open your order link and tap I'm here. The shop sees that you've arrived. (The button shows up 30 minutes before your time.)
Can't make it, or need another time?
Open your order link and write to the shop. They can move your pickup time.
