Your plan
What each plan includes, what happens past the monthly orders, and how to choose one.
Open Plan in the menu to see the plan you're on and what each plan includes.
No commission. whodo never takes a share of your sales, on any plan. Stripe charges its own fee when customers pay by card.
The plans
- Free: your shop, up to 30 customer orders a month, payments you record yourself.
- Solo: no order cap, card payments, bookings, quotes, invoices and reminders.
- Team: Solo, plus staff, your own domain and Insights.
- Pro: Team, plus the Kitchen screen and route planning.
Something with a lock (🔒) isn't in your plan. Tapping it opens Plan and shows which plans have it.
Past your monthly orders
On Free, customers can still order after your 30th order of the month, up to twice that. You get one notice when you pass it. After that, new online orders wait until next month. Orders you write down yourself are never counted.
Choosing a plan
Only the owner can choose. Tap Choose under a plan and pay with Stripe. Prices are before tax; your province's sales tax is added at checkout. Choosing a plan means you agree to the plan terms (on the Terms page, under Plans and prices). To change or cancel later, tap Manage billing.
If whodo is free for you
Some businesses never pay for whodo. Your Plan page then says whodo is free for you, and there's nothing to choose or pay. To change your plan, write to whodo.
