Customers and your email list
Your customer list, and emailing people who want to hear from you.
Customers
Customers lists everyone who ordered, with their orders and notes. Someone who calls or walks in? Tap Add a customer.
On a customer, Pets and things keeps what you work on: their dog (breed, size, coat, behaviour), their car or their equipment, with notes and how many visits.
Your email list
People can join your email list on your page or when they order. They choose to hear from you.
- On an open pre-order, tap Email your list to tell them it's open.
- Newsletters sends news (a new flavour, holiday hours). One a day at most.
Each email has a one-click unsubscribe, and your mailing address at the bottom (the law asks for one). Set it in Settings → Orders → Mailing address; a PO box is fine. It also goes on your invoices and receipts instead of your business address.
