Run a pre-order
Open orders for a date, with pickup times, then close.
A pre-order is a sale for a set date, like Christmas 2026.
Make one
- Go to Pre-orders and tap New pre-order. It starts with the products and prices of your last one.
- 1. Name and date: give it a name and an Order deadline (or none). Want it in French too? Open In French (optional).
- 2. What you're selling: tick your products and check the prices.
- 3. Pickup times: pick the place, the day and the hours, then Add pickup time. Set Most orders if you can only handle so many.
- Tap Save at the bottom.
Open it
Tap Start taking orders. Then Copy the Link to share and post it.
To tell everyone on your email list, tap Email your list.
Close it
Tap Stop taking orders when you're full or the deadline is past. Orders already placed stay in your orders.
The bake sheet, shopping list and labels are under Tools. Rarely needed settings are under More settings.
Deliver it
With delivery times, the pre-order has a Delivery route button: every stop with what to bring and what to collect. Tap Plan the shortest route to put the stops in the order that drives the least, time by time, from your address and back. Then Open the route in Maps.
A truck or a market stall: where we'll be
A place you add can be public: tick Show this address on the shop. Your shop page then lists Where we'll be for the next 7 days (each pickup time at its place, with a map link and Order ahead), and on top, while a pickup time is on, We're at … now. Leave it off for your home: the address then goes only to people who ordered. A public place is put on the map from its address, so people near it can find you on Discover under Here now while you're there (and up to 2 hours before).
