An always-open shop
Take orders any day, for pickup at your hours.
Go to Shop. (Customers see it as your Regular menu.)
- Set your pickup hours (for example Saturdays 10 to 2).
- Choose what's on it.
- For each item, pick Made to order (say how many days' notice you need) or Ready-made (say how many you have on the shelf).
- Open it.
Customers tap Order from the regular menu on your page. Orders land in Orders like any other.
Baked more? Type how many and tap Add. Going away? Close it and open it again later.
A kitchen (same-day food)
- Set pickup times Every 15 minutes, and Ready in to how long your kitchen needs (for example 20 minutes). Customers can't pick a time sooner than that, and see "Ready in about 20 minutes".
- Items per pickup time keeps orders to what your kitchen can make by then (for example 12). A full time shows as full; customers pick a later one.
- Put a tablet on the counter and open Orders, then Kitchen screen. Tap Turn on the sound. A new order chimes until someone taps Got it; the customer then sees you have it. Tap Ready (tell customer) when it's done.
- If nobody taps Got it within 4 minutes, whodo sends you a phone notification and an email ("Not seen yet"), and once more 4 minutes later.
