Your orders
See every order, mark it paid, ready and picked up.
Go to Orders. Each order has one button: the next thing to do.
The next step
- Paid ahead (e-Transfer): Got paid → Ready (tell customer) → Picked up.
- Paid at pickup (cash): Ready (tell customer) → Paid & picked up.
Got paid sends a receipt. Ready emails the customer.
Use the filters at the top: To pay and Not picked up.
Open an order
Tap an order to see what they owe, change items or the pickup time, write a Private note, or message the customer. Didn't come, or need to cancel? Look under More.
Message a whole pickup time
Running late, or everything's ready early? Next to a pickup time, tap Message all. Everyone with an open order for that time gets it, each in their own order's conversation, so they answer you privately. Customers who aren't on whodo right now get an email.
