Plan something

Open My plans in the menu and tap Start a plan. Give it a name. When and where are optional: leave them empty if you're not sure yet. You can start from a list (birthday, wedding, move, renovation, yard sale, trip, family reunion), which fills in what's usually needed and a checklist. Or start blank.

What's needed

Each thing on the list is one of three kinds:
- Hire someone: Find someone opens Find with it, so you see who does it nearby. You choose who to ask. whodo doesn't send your plan to businesses.
- Someone brings it: a salad, the tables. Write who.
- We do it.

Mark each one To find, Asking around, Booked or Done. Edit adds who's doing it, a budget, what it cost and who paid.

Checklist

To-dos with who and by when. A list you start from puts due dates before your date.

Polls

Not sure about the date, the place or the menu? Ask a question with a few choices. Everyone on the plan ticks the ones they'd take. Close it when you've decided.

Money

Money adds up the budgets and what things cost, and who paid what. It's a record only: whodo doesn't hold or split anyone's money.

Planning it together

Link to plan it with you makes a link to send by text or email. The person signs in, joins and can change the plan. Link to see it and vote is for someone who only needs to follow along. Each link works once, for 7 days. Only you can invite others, take someone off or delete the plan. Anyone on it can leave.
