QR codes
Posters and counter cards people scan to order, book or review.
Open QR codes (under Customers). There's a code for your shop, each pre-order, booking (if you take appointments), gift cards and reviews.
- Tap Make the code, then Poster or card to print it (a full page, or a small counter card), or download it as PNG (for a flyer or a social post) or SVG (for a print shop).
- A code holds a short whodo address (whodo.it/q/…), not your shop's own. When it's scanned, whodo sends the person to your shop's address as it is that day, so a code you print now keeps working if you move to your own domain.
- Each code counts its scans. Orders that come from a code count as your own customers.
- Invoices and receipts your customers print carry a small code to see them online.
- Gift cards: the gift card email links to the card's own page: print it (with a code back to the page, to check what's left) or tap Use it to order with it. Selling one at the counter? After Issue, tap Print the card.
- At pickup: a customer's order page has Show this at pickup. Scan it with your phone's camera: your order page opens (signed in) to tap Paid & picked up.
