Renewals
Keep your permits, insurance and registrations in one list, and get a reminder before each runs out.
Most businesses have things to renew every year: a food permit, liability insurance, a truck's registration, an inspection. Put them in Renewals and whodo reminds you before they run out.
- Tap Add a renewal.
- Type what it is ("Liability insurance") and the date it expires.
- Pick how many days before you want the reminder (30 if you don't change it).
The owner and admins get an email and a notification that many days before the date, and again on the day itself.
When you've renewed it, open it, tap Edit and put in the new date. whodo reminds you again next time.
Each one shows Expires in N days, Expires today or Expired. Only your business sees this list: it isn't shown to customers, and whodo doesn't check these.
Licences and certificates you want customers to see (checked by whodo) go under Credentials. Licences your staff hold are there too.
