Travel days
Go somewhere for a day and let people there book you or pre-order for pickup.
Going to Tatamagouche on Thursday with room for four tune-ups? Make it a travel day.
Plan one
1. Open Travel days, then Plan a travel day.
2. Say Where (a hall, a store, a market), its street and town, the Day, and From and To.
3. Spots at once: how many people you can see at the same time there. Pick the services you'll offer there, or leave them all. Selling instead? Put 0 spots and take pre-orders for it (step 5).
Close my own hours meanwhile (on by default): your usual hours aren't offered while you're away, with an hour each side to drive. Untick it if someone stays at the shop. Already have bookings then? Move them first.
4. Add a note if it helps ("Bring your mower: tune-ups while you wait"), then Save as a draft.
5. Take pre-orders for pickup there makes a pre-order picked up at that place during the day. Add what you're selling and open it, like any pre-order.
6. Tap Publish.
Who hears about it
- It shows on your page under Coming to you, and its times open on your booking page, each marked with the place.
- People who searched in Find near there and asked to be told find out within the hour.
- Tell followers, once: those with a saved address within 30 km of it, or all of them. whodo never shows you how many live near a place: that's theirs to keep. It's one email each, with a way to stop. It needs your mailing address, like any announcement.
Changing plans
A draft can change. Once it's published, only the note can. To call it off, tap Cancel it (its pre-order closes too). Anyone booked there must be moved or cancelled first, and orders on its pre-order sorted out, so nobody waits for you at a hall you're not coming to.
